The GoodSweat Programs & Challenges!

It takes roughly 6 weeks of exercise and clean eating for you to start noticing a change in your body.  

Miracles don't happen over night. We know that. 

These Programs and Challenges are designed for:
 

  • The motivated individual who may need a break from their normal routine

  • The person that likes to be challenged and pushed

  • Someone totally new to fitness and wanting to know where to start

What to expect:

Strength training and cardio routines

Don't be scared of the weights! No matter if your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or simply tone up, you have to LIFT!! Some weeks will require you to lift heavy, while others will require you to perform more reps. The routines will be designed for a 3-5 day workout week and will change every 2-3 weeks.

Community, Motivation, and Accountability

You will be joined by other distant Sweaters who are on a journey of their own. We are all family here at AllGoodSweat and support one another by sharing our testimonies, motivating one another as the weeks progress, and holding each other accountable in our AllGoodSweat Family Discord channel. You may meet someone in the same city and have the chance to link up for a workout session.

 

The workouts have been designed; you just have to be disciplined and consistent
