The secret to losing weight and keeping it off or building muscle and keeping it on is hidden in your daily routine.  Our Construction Work program uses a 1-on-1 personal training approach to create a tailored workout plan based on your specific goals, fitness level, and preferences. This personalized approach allows for focused attention on your form, technique, and progress throughout each session. 

We'll design a 6, 8, or 12 week program tailored to you and your goals. From high-intensity interval training to strength and conditioning, we offer a variety of options to suit your needs. The Construction Work program is ideal for those seeking dedicated supervision, accountability, and customized workouts to maximize their results.​

When are the sessions?

  • Monday - Thursday @ 5:30am; 7:00am; 8:30am; 10:45am; 4:00pm; 5:00pm

  • Friday @ 5:30am; 7:00am; 8:30am; 10:45am

  • Saturday @ 8:30am; 9:30am; 10:30am
