Cancellation Policy

At AllGoodSweat, LLC, we aim to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To help us achieve this and to ensure availability for everyone, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellation Policy: - Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment or class up to 2 hours in advance without any penalty. - Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee. 2. No-Show Policy: - A no-show is defined as failing to appear for a scheduled appointment or class without prior notice. - Clients who do not show up for their appointment or class will be charged a $10 no-show fee. 3. Payment of Fees: - Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. - Clients are encouraged to maintain updated payment information to avoid any issues with billing. 4. Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have unique circumstances that led to your cancellation or no-show, please contact us directly for consideration of a waiver. 5. Repeat Offenders: - Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of your membership status. 6. Reschedule: - Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to 5 hours before the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy.
