Oh Yeah....This challenge ends Valentine's Day weekend, so tell your significant other to join you and tackle this challenge together OR use this as your chance to get your body right to stun your significant other! IMPORTANT DETAILS!!!!!! (IN-PERSON TRAINING IS OPTIONAL) Duration: 6 weeks of intensive training Schedule: 3-5 Day workout week with routines changing every 2-3 weeks to keep you engaged and challenged Expert Guidance: Receive professional advice on exercise techniques and healthy eating habits to maximize your results Community Support: Be part of a supportive community where you can share your progress, motivate each other, and even connect for group workout sessions If you wish to come train with us in-person, you must book your sessions through the "Book Now" tab, selecting the Flex Appeal class. Here are the class times: Mon, Wed, Fri: 5am Mon & Wed: 6pm Saturday: 8am Please note that if you plan on coming in person, you will be required to purchase a discounted gym membership for just $35. We understand that busy schedules can make it tricky to find time for your workout; the membership allows you access to the gym outside of the times listed above.
