I have never liked working out! It’s been a something I’ve always struggled to stay constant with. I never thought a trainer was for me. I have always worked out off and on throughout my life and never stayed consistent. When I came to Florida, I decided to join a gym once again. Working out one night, I happened to run into Andre. Ever since that day in August of 2021, I've been training at least 3x a week, recently moving up to 5x. I love his energy, personality, and the workouts he puts together for me. They are never the same. Because of him, I am in the best shape of my life and its taken me to my late 40s to get here.
