The Blueprint is our semi-private coaching system built for people who want individualized training, accountability, and long-term results. You’ll train in a small group setting (typically 3–4 people), but your program is built around you. Your training plan, weights, progressions, and adjustments are personalized so you always know what to do and how to improve.

 

The Blueprint is designed around consistency. Most members train three days per week on a set schedule, removing guesswork and helping you build momentum.

If you’re tired of starting over, jumping between workouts, or relying on motivation alone, The Blueprint provides the structure and coaching needed to build strength, confidence, and lasting results. Spots are limited per time slot to maintain coaching quality, and select times may operate on a short waitlist.

 

Your Investment

Blueprint Coaching — $650/month

  • Up to 20 sessions per month ($32.50 per session value)

    • Compared to traditional personal training at $70 per session ($1,400/month)
