THE BLUEPRINT

The Blueprint is our semi-private coaching system designed for people who want structure, consistency, and real progress — without the chaos of crowded classes or the limitations of traditional personal training.

 

You'll train in a small group (typically 3–4 people), but your training is still individualized. Your program, loads, progressions, and adjustments are all based on you. You’re never guessing, and you’re never on your own.

 

This model works because it’s built around consistency. Most members train three days per week on a set schedule, which removes decision fatigue and makes progress sustainable. You show up — we handle the plan.

 

The Blueprint is ideal if you’re tired of starting over, bouncing between workouts, or relying on motivation alone. It’s not about quick fixes or random sweat sessions. It’s about building a body that works, performs, and lasts.

 

Spots are limited per time slot to protect coaching quality, and some times may operate on a short waitlist.

 

Investment: $650/month, month-to-month.
