1) Why is semi-private more expensive than group classes?
Because it’s coached. Your training is individualized, your progress is tracked, and adjustments are made in real time. You’re not just following a workout.
2) Why not just do 1-on-1 training?
Most people get better results training 3x/week in a semi-private setting than training once a week 1-on-1. Consistency wins.
3) Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Semi-private is month-to-month. Commitment options exist later, but they’re not required to start.
4) How many people are in each session?
Usually 3–4. I cap sessions so quality doesn’t drop.
5) What if I miss a session?
Life happens. The structure makes it easier to stay consistent overall, even when you miss a day.
6) Is this good for beginners?
Yes. Everything is scaled and coached. You don’t need to “get in shape first.”
7) Why are some times waitlisted?
Because I don’t overcrowd sessions. When a time fills up, new spots open intentionally — not automatically.
