Frequently Asked Questions

1) How is this different from typical group classes?

Most group classes focus on intensity or variety. The Foundation focuses on structure and progression. You’re not guessing what to do, and workouts aren’t random.

2) How many people are in a class?

Classes are group-based, but not overcrowded. Class size is capped at a max of 10 to maintain coaching quality and flow.

3) Is this good for beginners?

Yes. Everything is coached and scaled. You don’t need prior experience or to be “in shape” to start.

4) How often should I train?

Most members train 2–4 times per week, depending on their schedule and goals. You choose the frequency that fits best.

5) Do I get individualized programming?

No. Programming is group-based. If you’re looking for fully individualized training, that’s what The Blueprint is for.

6) Can I switch to The Blueprint later?

Yes. Many members start in The Foundation to build consistency, then move into The Blueprint when they want more individualized coaching.

7) What if I miss a class?

Life happens. The goal is overall consistency, not perfection. Missed sessions do not roll over or reduce monthly pricing.

8) Is there a contract?

The Foundation is billed monthly based on your selected frequency. Commitment options may vary and will be discussed before enrollment.

9) Is this open gym access?

No. The Foundation is coached training only. Sessions follow a set schedule and structure.

10) Who is The Foundation best for?

People who want structure, accountability, and consistent training in a group environment — without the chaos of large classes or the pressure of one-on-one coaching.
