The Foundation is coach-led group training built to give you structure, accountability, and momentum. Every session follows a clear plan; movements are coached, progressions are intentional, and workouts are designed to help you improve week after week.

Your Investment:

Basic Membership — $300/month

  • 12 sessions per month ($25 per session value)

    • Compared to $40 per session drop-in cost ($480/month)

 

Premium Membership — $400/month

  • 20 sessions per month ($20 per session value)

    • Compared to $40 per session drop-in cost ($800/month)

Class Times:

​Monday-Thursday: 6:30am; 8:00am; 9:00am; 6:00pm

Friday: 6:30; 8:00am; 9:00am

Saturday: 8:00am; 9:00am
