Welcome to GoodSweat Fitness – Redefining Fitness in Orlando

GoodSweat Fitness was founded with a mission to redefine what it means to train, grow, and thrive. We believe that fitness is more than just exercise—it’s a lifestyle, a mindset, and a community-driven journey. Our goal is to create an inclusive and high-energy training environment where individuals of all fitness levels can push their limits, build resilience, and achieve lasting transformation.

Empowering You Through Innovative Fitness Programs

At GoodSweat Fitness, we are committed to empowering individuals through innovative training programs, expert coaching, and a supportive community. We strive to be more than a gym—we are a movement dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential through fitness, mental strength, and personal growth.

Meet Our Founder – Andre Hayes

GoodSweat Fitness was created out of a passion for fitness, coaching, and community building. Our founder, Andre Hayes, has spent years in the fitness industry, developing unique training methodologies that emphasize performance, motivation, and holistic well-being. With a background in History, Psychology, Personal Development, and mentorship, Andre recognized a gap in the industry—an opportunity to create a space where people could not only train but also learn, grow, and support each other in their fitness journeys.

Our Core Values – Community, Excellence, Inclusivity, Growth

✅ Community First – We believe in fostering an environment where every member feels supported, encouraged, and valued.
✅ Excellence & Innovation – We stay ahead of industry trends to provide cutting-edge training techniques and results-driven programs.
✅ Inclusivity & Accessibility – Fitness is for everyone. Our programs cater to all skill levels and backgrounds.
✅ Growth & Resilience – We challenge our clients to push past their limits and develop a mindset of perseverance.

The Body Architect & The Dopamine Engineer → Meet Our Elite Trainers

The Body Architect

I’m Andre “Dre” Hayes, founder and lead trainer of AllGoodSweat, a fitness brand built on authenticity, growth, and relentless discipline. As a NAFC-certified personal trainer and proud graduate of Florida A&M University, my journey began not from perfection — but from pain, perseverance, and purpose.

During college, while pursuing my degree in African American Studies, I discovered my passion for fitness in the middle of one of life’s toughest storms. Training became my outlet, my therapy, and ultimately, my calling. Fitness didn’t just transform my body — it rebuilt my confidence, restored my focus, and gave me life when I thought I’d lost it.

My personal experiences — overcoming loss, financial struggles, stress, and self-doubt — have shaped the foundation of AllGoodSweat. I understand my clients because I’ve been where they are. Through vulnerability, transparency, and connection, I show that your story doesn’t define you — your response does.

At AllGoodSweat, we believe that potential means nothing without discipline. My philosophy, “Be definite, not relative,” is a challenge to stand firm in who you are and what you want to become. Anyone can settle for being “good,” but greatness — that takes commitment, courage, and sweat.

This is where potential meets opportunity.

The Dopamine Engineer

Greetings, I AM Joseph Dnyl Steward, or Joe Stew, an alumnus of THE Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and lover of all things Fitness, reigning from Naperville, Illinois by way of Orlando, Florida! From the moment I was old enough, I always had a book, basketball, or instrument in my hand, further fueling my love for gaining knowledge, working out, & musically uplifting others. These passions continued throughout high school into college, where I would graduate with a full academic scholarship for Physical Therapy !

After receiving my Bachelor’s in PT from FAMU, I began to better understand how the implication of consistent exercise into your lifestyle could have major benefits on your physical, mental, & spiritual health. Further learning the rehabilitation process put me ahead of the game by teaching me how to excel in preventative training and avoid injuries for myself/clientele. Now, I work alongside Dre to inspire the community to “Yearn for Something More” for themselves & to never settle for mediocrity, but to be “RAW”!

To be vulnerable, when all other emotional outlets failed in 2021, God brought me into the gym and showed me my purpose: to construct the best quality exercise programs for people of all walks of life, while helping them find a healthy balance between working, working out, & having time for their home life.
