The Trial Session is a one-time coached training session designed to introduce you to how training works at GoodSweat Fitness. This is not a drop-in workout or an ongoing option — it’s a guided experience to help you understand the structure, coaching style, and environment before committing.
You’ll train in a real session, receive coaching and feedback, and get a feel for the pace and expectations. The goal isn’t to crush you — it’s to give you clarity.
Trial sessions are limited and offered by request only to ensure quality and fit.
The consultation is a short, focused conversation to determine whether training at GoodSweat Fitness is the right fit for you.

This is not a sales pitch, it’s a decision-making conversation built around honesty and alignment. If the fit is right, we’ll review next steps and availability. If not, I’ll tell you that too. The goal is simple: clarity before commitment.
A $25 consultation deposit is required to reserve your time. This is refunded when you attend or applied to your training plan if you enroll.
